90 grams butter
1 chicken breast, cut into small cubes
1 onion, cut into small cubes
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 cup corn kernels
1 Poblano chile, cut into strips
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
500 milliliters sour cream
500 grams spaghetti, cooked
1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
salt and pepper

In a pan, add butter and brown the chicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste, when browned add the onion, garlic, corn, and chopped chilies. Mix until all the vegetables are cooked.
Pour the cream and mix.
Add the spaghetti and mix until everything is combined.
Add the manchego cheese and let it rest until melted. Remove from heat and serve.
