Spicy Beef and Ginger Skewers

  • 500 grams beefsteak, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups Italian dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons chile flakes
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Insert the beef cubes into 16 small wooden skewers. Place them on a baking dish. Mix the dressing, ginger, and red pepper in a small bowl. Brush the meat with half of this mixture. Cover it. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Refrigerate the remaining dressing mixture.
  • Preheat the broiler. Remove the skewers from the marinade; discard the marinade. Place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Sprinkle them with cheese. Broil them 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat is well cooked, turning them after 4 minutes.
  • Heat the reserved sauce, grill it, and baste the skewers with it.
