Spicy Honey Chicken Wings

A delicious recipe that combines sweet and spicy flavors to make chicken wings.

  • 20 chickens
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons garlic
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground white pepper
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • vegetable oil , for frying
  • blue cheese dressing, to accompany

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking tray with aluminum foil.
  • Prepare the wings by cutting off the tip where they join to have two smaller pieces.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat the wings in the flour and place them on a plate.
  • In a large pot, heat 4-5 cups of oil to 180 degrees Celsius. When the oil is hot, dip the wings back into the flour mixture and place them in the oil to fry for 10-15 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • While the wings are frying, mix in a deep bowl the hot sauce, honey, and brown sugar.
  • Remove the wings from the oil, dry with paper towels, and dip in the spicy mixture. Place them on the baking tray and bake for 12 minutes.
