  • Heat the oil in a pot, add onion and garlic, until they are shiny and transparent, then add the Del Fuerte® Natural Tomato Puree, ½ bunch of cilantro, chipotle, whole pepper, and stir for 5 minutes until everything is well cooked. Incorporate the chicken broth and let it simmer for 10 minutes; set aside.
  • Add all the ingredients to the blender until they are perfectly ground.
  • In a pot, place the previous preparation and cook until it boils; if more chicken broth is needed, you can add a little more so that it is not too thick.
  • In a bowl, add chopped cilantro, ground beef, olive oil, chopped white onion, egg, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are combined. Form balls of approximately 30 g and add them gradually to the broth. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  • To finish, add the diced potato, after 5 minutes add the carrot, and lastly, the zucchini.
