8 smoked pork chops
1/2 cups tomato purée
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
5 chipotle chiles, canned marinated
150 grams raisins
1 cup cola

Soak the raisins in cola for 30 minutes.
Blend the tomato puree with the Dijon mustard and chipotle peppers.
Spread the smoked chops with the previous mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Blend the raisins with the cola and pour this mixture over the chops.
Bake for 40 minutes at 200ºC.
