600 grams nopal, (6 large nopales)
600 grams beef tenderloin
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 serrano chile, seedless diced
400 panela cheese, Lyncott reduced fat
1 red onion, small cut into half moons

Season the nopales, meat, peppers, and serrano chili with salt, pepper, and oregano.
In a non-stick skillet, grill all of the above and serve it on top of the nopales.
Place the reduced fat Lyncott cheese and the onion in each taco. Serve immediately.
