  • To prepare the chicken: Wash and peel the carrot, cut it into sticks. Boil the carrot in water with a pinch of salt, drain it and set aside.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. Fill the breast with the carrot sticks and roll it up.
  • In a hot skillet, add the olive oil and add the breast, placing the skillet lid on.
  • Cook the breast for a few minutes on both sides or until the center is cooked. Slice the breast and serve.
  • For the sauce: Wash the mushrooms, in a blender place the mushrooms, cream, milk, and broth to taste and blend.
  • In a hot skillet, pour in the sauce and cook until it changes to a darker shade.
  • For the side dish: Wash and chop all the vegetables, boil the vegetables in water with a pinch of salt. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, add two teaspoons of butter and add the peppers. When they are soft, add the rest of the vegetables.
