1 chicken breast , flattened
1 carrot
2 teaspoons olive oil

250 grams button mushrooms, for the sauce
1 cup cream , for the sauce
1 cup cow's milk , for the sauce

To prepare the chicken: Wash and peel the carrot, cut it into sticks. Boil the carrot in water with a pinch of salt, drain it and set aside.
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides. Fill the breast with the carrot sticks and roll it up.
In a hot skillet, add the olive oil and add the breast, placing the skillet lid on.
Cook the breast for a few minutes on both sides or until the center is cooked. Slice the breast and serve.
For the sauce: Wash the mushrooms, in a blender place the mushrooms, cream, milk, and broth to taste and blend.
In a hot skillet, pour in the sauce and cook until it changes to a darker shade.
For the side dish: Wash and chop all the vegetables, boil the vegetables in water with a pinch of salt. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, add two teaspoons of butter and add the peppers. When they are soft, add the rest of the vegetables.
