Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Change up your everyday meal and prepare these delicious stuffed panela cheese breasts; they are easy, quick, healthy, and super tasty.

  • 40 grams tomato, roasted and drained
  • 1/4 cups fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices panela cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil, as needed

  • In a bowl, mix the roasted and chopped tomato with a tablespoon of rosemary.
  • Using a sharp knife, make a pocket in each breast and season with salt and pepper inside and out.
  • Each breast is filled with a quarter of the prepared tomato and a slice of panela cheese.
  • The opening is closed with a toothpick.
  • They are drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with rosemary.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and fry on both sides until golden and cooked through, with the skillet covered.
  • Serve accompanied with a salad.
