Stuffed Mushrooms with Chistorra and Cheese

This easy stuffed mushroom recipe is perfect for lunchtime.

  • 20 button mushrooms
  • 1/4 kilos Oaxaca cheese
  • 1/4 kilos chistorra
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil

  • Wash and disinfect the mushrooms.
  • Cut the chistorra into small pieces and then fry it.
  • Remove the stems from the mushrooms and sauté two garlic cloves in the oil.
  • Stuff the mushrooms with cheese and chistorra, add a little oil, and cook them for 20 minutes.
