20 button mushrooms
1/4 kilos Oaxaca cheese
1/4 kilos chistorra
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cups vegetable oil

Wash and disinfect the mushrooms.
Cut the chistorra into small pieces and then fry it.
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and sauté two garlic cloves in the oil.
Stuff the mushrooms with cheese and chistorra, add a little oil, and cook them for 20 minutes.
