6 chicken breasts, flattened
2 plantains
plain yogurt
1 stick cream cheese

Peel and slice the plantain into rounds. In a skillet, pour enough oil to heat and fry the rounds. Once fried, set aside.
Take the chicken breasts and along them place three rounds of plantain and three strips of cream cheese; roll them up.
Once all the stuffed and rolled chicken breasts are ready, season with salt and pepper; cover the entire breast.
In a skillet, fry the chicken breasts and if desired, add a splash of oil and fine herbs.
Once they are well fried, serve them on a plate cut in half and accompany with natural yogurt.
