Stuffed Plantain Breasts

  • 6 chicken breasts, flattened
  • 2 plantains
  • plain yogurt
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • pepper

  • Peel and slice the plantain into rounds. In a skillet, pour enough oil to heat and fry the rounds. Once fried, set aside.
  • Take the chicken breasts and along them place three rounds of plantain and three strips of cream cheese; roll them up.
  • Once all the stuffed and rolled chicken breasts are ready, season with salt and pepper; cover the entire breast.
  • In a skillet, fry the chicken breasts and if desired, add a splash of oil and fine herbs.
  • Once they are well fried, serve them on a plate cut in half and accompany with natural yogurt.
