Stuffed pork loin with dried fruits and green grape sauce

This delicious stuffed pork loin with dried fruits is drizzled with a rich grape sauce and Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese by Kraft®. It is a good alternative instead of preparing the typical Christmas turkey.

  • 190 grams low-fat cream cheese, Philadelphia
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 3/4 cups light milk
  • 400 grams green grapes, boneless
  • cooking sprays
  • 2 envelopes artificial sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons light margarine

  • 800 grams pork loin
  • 250 grams dried cranberries
  • 100 grams grapes, cut in half for garnish

  • Season the loin with salt and pepper on both sides. Flatten the loin, add a layer of ham and dried fruits, then roll it up and tie with string to form a cylindrical shape.
  • Heat a skillet with cooking spray, place the loin and sear it completely, then arrange it in a baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C, cover the loin with aluminum foil and cook for 45 minutes.
  • Melt the butter in a pot and add the grapes; let them cook for 3 minutes over low heat. Blend the grapes with the cream, milk, and Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese by Kraft® and strain. Cook the sauce for three minutes until it boils; season and set aside.
  • Slice the loin without the string using an electric knife and place it on a large platter, drizzle with the grape sauce and garnish with fresh grapes on top.
