3 potatoes, cooked
12 slices bacon, finely chopped
4 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
500 grams ground beef
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 orange bell pepper, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 jar Prego® sauce with meat
salt and pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
sour cream
chives, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
On a wooden board, cut the potatoes in half, and use a spoon to hollow them out, reserving what you removed.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon. Remove excess fat, add the onion, ground beef, and cook for a few minutes.
Add the bell peppers and the reserved potato. Pour in the Prego® meat sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
Stuff the potatoes with cheddar cheese, add the previous preparation, and bake for 10 minutes.
Garnish with cream and green onion.
