SuKarne Chipotle Pork Leg with Cherry Sauce

This pork leg is easy to prepare and doesn’t require much work, but you will impress your guests. Show off with this recipe.

  • 400 SuKarne® boneless pork legs
  • 1 lemon , zest and juice, for the marinade
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil , for the marinade
  • 1/4 cups honey, for the marinade
  • 4 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, chopped, for the marinade
  • 4 tablespoons adobo sauce, from the can of chiles, for the marinade
  • salt , for the marinade
  • 1 cup cherry, seedless and quartered, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice , for the sauce

  • Combine all the ingredients for the marinade, set aside half of the mixture. Place the other half in a resealable bag and marinate for one hour or more in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat your grill to medium heat. Discard the marinade and cook the meat over indirect heat. 15 minutes on each side, or until an internal temperature of 63°C is reached.
  • Place the cooked pork in aluminum foil, and fold the edges to form a basket. Pour the rest of the marinade over the pork. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • While preparing the sauce: mix the ingredients, set aside half. Blend the other half and mix.
  • Serve hot.
