Tartare meat, also known as Steak Tartare, is raw ground/chopped beef seasoned with onion, capers, lemon, mustard, and spices. This dish is very popular also due to its high protein content.

1 kilo ground beef
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1/4 cups capers, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
4 lemons, its juice
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 egg, hard

Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a pot and boil the egg (the egg yolk) for 30 seconds.
In a large deep bowl, mix all the ingredients (including the egg yolk that was boiled for 30 seconds), except for the hard-boiled egg.
Taste the meat and season with any additional ingredients to your liking (salt, more pepper, more lemon, etc.).
Serve the meat on individual plates accompanied by the hard-boiled egg.
