  • 1/4 kilos bacon

  • 300 grams bread, special for stuffing the turkey (optional)

  • Brown the bacon in small pieces and add the meat to cook, along with any desired additions such as nuts, raisins, and olives, and season the stuffing to taste with garlic salt, pepper, or whatever you prefer.
  • With the turkey already cleaned and injected with liquor in different parts of the body, it is stuffed, and the skin of the breast is sewn with needle and thread to prevent the stuffing from coming out, and it is ready.
  • In a turkey roasting bag, add about 5 teaspoons of flour and then place the turkey inside. Close the bag and make a few holes in it.
  • Place the turkey in the roasting pan breast side down and put it in the preheated oven, starting to cook on medium heat for 3 hours. After 3 hours, carefully open the oven and remove the turkey bag with great care and turn it over so the breast side is now facing up for about an hour and a half, basting it occasionally with the juices from the turkey.
  • Optional: if desired, you can place semi-cooked carrots, potatoes, and celery around the turkey for accompaniment.
