Thaw the turkey a day before and marinate it in a special plastic bag for baking. In the marinade, add pineapple juice, mustard, orange juice, and melted butter.
Decorate the turkey with pineapple slices held by cherries with toothpicks.
After marinating for at least 2 hours, transfer the bag with the turkey to a large baking tray and make some cuts in the top of the plastic to prevent it from breaking with the heat.
Bake for about 3 hours. This depends on the size of the turkey, and there are always instructions for the required time.
Once ready, remove from the bag and serve on a large platter.
