Tricolor Beef Skewers

  • Pam® Original, canola oil spray
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cups tamarind concentrate
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 500 grams beef, for skewer
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 cup onion, cut into medium cubes
  • salt

  • Blend the orange juice, tamarind concentrate, and serrano chili.
  • Soak the meat, peppers, and onion so that they are well covered with this sauce. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Form the skewers by alternating the peppers by color, the onion, and the meat.
  • Heat a grill or skillet over high heat and spray each skewer with 1 shot of PAM® Original.
