1 cup orange juice
1/3 cups tamarind concentrate
3 serrano chiles
500 grams beef, for skewer
2 red bell peppers, cut into medium cubes
2 yellow bell peppers, cut into medium cubes
2 green bell peppers, cut into medium cubes
1 cup onion, cut into medium cubes

Blend the orange juice, tamarind concentrate, and serrano chili.
Soak the meat, peppers, and onion so that they are well covered with this sauce. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Form the skewers by alternating the peppers by color, the onion, and the meat.
Heat a grill or skillet over high heat and spray each skewer with 1 shot of PAM® Original.
