Tuna Tartare with Arrachera

  • 1 tablespoon tampico chili, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 tablespoon radish, green onions, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 12 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 lime
  • corn tostadas, for serving

  • In a hot skillet, sear the previously seasoned arrachera with salt and pepper on both sides. Remove, let it rest, and chop into cubes. Cool completely.
  • Cut the tuna fillet into cubes and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the cucumber with the onion, cilantro, chili, radish, tuna, and arrachera.
  • Season with sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, lime, salt, and pepper. Serve with corn tostadas.
