Turkey a la Plaza

Exquisite stuffed turkey, the turkey is injected with butter, milk, and white wine. The stuffing consists of sautéed vegetables such as carrot, potato, leek, celery, peas, zucchini, and thick-cut ham.

  • 1 turkey
  • 3 carrots
  • 3 zucchinis
  • 100 grams peas
  • 500 grams deli ham, thick
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 500 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 liter white wine
  • 500 milliliters cow's milk
  • 250 grams flour

  • Melt the butter, once melted inject it into our turkey, then add the liter of white wine, and finally the milk.
  • FOR THE STUFFING: Chop all the vegetables into large pieces and sauté them just until they brown a little along with the ham.
  • Stuff the turkey with the mixture above and place it in the oven.
  • FOR THE SAUCE Toast the flour until it takes on a light brown color, then add a little water (or chicken broth for better flavor) and season.
  • Once our turkey is well cooked (but not dry!) we serve it and drizzle it with the sauce we made earlier.
