Place the turkey in the refrigerator to thaw for at least 24 hours before preparation.
Remove the turkey from its packaging, wash it, and remove the bag from the inside. Tie the two wings together with kitchen twine.
Melt the butter in the microwave or in a pot.
In a bowl, mix the butter, pineapple syrup, white wine, and juice of the 2 oranges. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the butter mixture evenly over the turkey.
Place the turkey inside a turkey roasting bag, pour the remaining butter sauce, and seal the bag.
Bake the turkey for the time indicated on its packaging; as it is a smoked turkey, it is already cooked, and this step is to heat it, approximately 1 hour.
Remove the turkey from the oven and from the roasting bag and place it on a platter.
