The recipe for turkey with fruit punch sauce is exquisite, making use of the leftover fruit from the punch the day before. A very simple preparation that doesn’t take much time and will impress your guests.
500 grams fruit, that was used to make the punch (for the sauce)
1/2 cloves ground garlic, (for the sauce)
5 grams butter, (for the sauce)
10 grams salt, (for the sauce)
20 grams piloncillo, grated (for the sauce)

Mix the melted butter with the parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush the turkey with the previous mixture, place it in the turkey bag, and bake at 200° C for 1 hour.
Remove the bag and brush with more butter until golden and cooked through.
For the sauce, blend the fruit with the garlic and previously melted butter. Season with salt and pepper and sweeten with piloncillo. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water and stir until combined.
