Turkey with Fruit Punch Sauce

The recipe for turkey with fruit punch sauce is exquisite, making use of the leftover fruit from the punch the day before. A very simple preparation that doesn’t take much time and will impress your guests.

  • 250 grams butter
  • 1/2 bunches fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 20 grams salt
  • 10 grams pepper
  • 1 smoked turkey
  • 500 grams fruit, that was used to make the punch (for the sauce)
  • 1/2 cloves ground garlic, (for the sauce)
  • 5 grams butter, (for the sauce)
  • 10 grams salt, (for the sauce)
  • 20 grams piloncillo, grated (for the sauce)

  • Mix the melted butter with the parsley, salt, and pepper. Brush the turkey with the previous mixture, place it in the turkey bag, and bake at 200° C for 1 hour.
  • Remove the bag and brush with more butter until golden and cooked through.
  • For the sauce, blend the fruit with the garlic and previously melted butter. Season with salt and pepper and sweeten with piloncillo. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water and stir until combined.
