  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 1/4 cups pineapple juice, in syrup
  • 1/3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 package Two Family Turkey Fajitas
  • 1 can canned pineapple, in cubes
  • white rice, steamed
  • cilantro

  • In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, pineapple syrup, chicken broth, ginger, and garlic.
  • Marinate the Two Families Turkey Fajitas with the previous mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Heat a little oil in a skillet, add the pineapple and the marinated Two Families Turkey Fajitas. Cook for 15 minutes or until well cooked and the marinade thickens.
  • Serve the Hawaiian turkey over steamed white rice and garnish with cilantro.
