  • Take a special oven plastic bag and pour in a tablespoon of flour, hold the bag closed and shake the flour. Place it over your turkey baking pan and leave it open for later putting the turkey in.
  • Melt the butter in a cup in the microwave for about 30 seconds or until melted. Have the cup of white wine and your melted butter ready along with the syringe and your turkey on a tray.
  • Take the syringe, slowly suck up the melted butter and inject it into the meat of the turkey, inject the breast, legs, wings, thighs, etc. In the end, you will have a little melted butter left, keep it as we will use it for the inside of the turkey and the surface. Now we will do the same with the white wine, inject it everywhere until you finish the cup.
  • Now you will take the melted butter that got on your fingers and spread it inside the turkey and all over its skin. Then mix the white pepper with the onion salt and sprinkle it all over the turkey and inside so it sticks. And that's it, we're done!
  • Carefully place the turkey in the bag, close it with the special plastic tape that comes with the bag, place it in your turkey pan, and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 or 4 hours; you can let it marinate overnight for better flavor. To bake it, preheat the oven to about 180 degrees, and when you put the turkey in, raise the temperature to 250 degrees and leave it for about 4 to 5 hours depending on the size of your turkey. It will be ready when you check the meat, poke it, and the juices run clear. It will be delicious and very tender; enjoy and Merry Christmas to all!!!
