1 kilo turkey breast, cut into strips
1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
150 grams cashews
1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1/2 cups orange juice
1/4 cups soy
1/4 cups rice vinegar
50 grams toasted sesame seeds

In a large pan, heat the oil and sear the strips of turkey; remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the broccoli and cashews for 2 minutes over low heat.
In a deep bowl, mix the orange juice, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Add this mixture to the broccoli and cashews and let it boil.
Integrate the turkey into the pan and add the red bell pepper, boil until the sauce thickens.
