Oriental Style Turkey

  • 1 kilo turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 150 grams cashews
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups soy
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 50 grams toasted sesame seeds

  • In a large pan, heat the oil and sear the strips of turkey; remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté the broccoli and cashews for 2 minutes over low heat.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the orange juice, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Add this mixture to the broccoli and cashews and let it boil.
  • Integrate the turkey into the pan and add the red bell pepper, boil until the sauce thickens.
