We present to you an exquisite recipe, it is Butter Roasted Turkey accompanied by potato and parmesan bites, sausages, and bacon. A perfect preparation for the holiday season or for an important celebration.
Carefully lift the skin of the turkey to avoid tearing it.
Season the turkey inside and out with salt and pepper and cover with melted butter.
Place the turkey in the bag, seal it, and bake for approximately 1.5 hours.
Cook the peeled potatoes in water with a little salt. Place them in a processor and mash them.
Season with butter, salt, and pepper and form bites of approximately 20 grams.
Remove the turkey from the oven once cooked. Use the fat from the bottom of the pot to fry the potato bites; once fried, remove excess fat and coat them with parmesan cheese.
Cut the sausages into eighths, wrap them with bacon, secure with a toothpick, and brown in a pan over high heat.
Serve the turkey accompanied by the parmesan bites and sausages.
