Butter Roasted Turkey

  • 1 turkey, about 3.5 kg
  • 1 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 cups wine, rosé
  • 2 tablespoons sea ​​salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 kilos potato
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 10 sausages, Frankfurt
  • 300 grams bacon
  • 1 can cranberry jam
  • 1 bunch aromatic herbs

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Place the herbs inside the turkey cavity.
  • Inject the bird with rosé wine.
  • Carefully lift the skin of the turkey to avoid tearing it.
  • Season the turkey inside and out with salt and pepper and cover with melted butter.
  • Place the turkey in the bag, seal it, and bake for approximately 1.5 hours.
  • Cook the peeled potatoes in water with a little salt. Place them in a processor and mash them.
  • Season with butter, salt, and pepper and form bites of approximately 20 grams.
  • Remove the turkey from the oven once cooked. Use the fat from the bottom of the pot to fry the potato bites; once fried, remove excess fat and coat them with parmesan cheese.
  • Cut the sausages into eighths, wrap them with bacon, secure with a toothpick, and brown in a pan over high heat.
  • Serve the turkey accompanied by the parmesan bites and sausages.
