Cucumber, Turkey Ham, and Tomato Rolls

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 250 grams turkey deli ham, sliced
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into strips
  • 1/2 red onions, cut into slices
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and set them aside in water.
  • Cut the ham into strips the same size as the cucumber.
  • Cut the lettuce leaves into strips, remove the core from the lettuce so the leaves are flexible.
  • Place a strip of cucumber over a strip of turkey ham, then add the tomato and red onion on top, season with salt and pepper, and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick to prevent them from unraveling.
