  • 1 kilo ground meat, turkey
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, dehydrated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cups Greek yogurt, sugar-free
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • salt and pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 175° C.
  • In a bowl, add the ground turkey, onion powder, amaranth, garlic powder, dried parsley, oregano, cumin, egg, yogurt, lemon juice, and zest. Season to taste with salt and pepper, mix, and thoroughly incorporate the ingredients.
  • Form perfect balls and insert onto skewers.
  • Bake for 20 minutes on parchment paper, remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy.
