Turkey Frittata

Turkey frittata is the perfect dish to use up leftovers from last night's dinner. This recipe comes from Italy, where eggs and turkey are the main ingredients. The turkey omelet is delicious and very easy to cook.

  • leftover turkey, necessary amount
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 10 milliliters vegetable oil

  • Slice the onion, sauté it in a pan with oil.
  • Add the turkey gradually, just to warm it up.
  • Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Incorporate the eggs into the pan where the turkey is heating. Mix and cook on low heat with the pan covered, to allow the egg to set and cook from the top.
  • Once cooked and well set, remove from the pan.
