  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 500 grams turkey breast
  • 400 milliliters whipping cream
  • 30 milliliters mustard
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 250 grams new potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 2 chipotle chiles
  • 10 grams salt
  • 5 grams ground pepper
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 shallot

  • Cut the turkey breast into cubes, sauté with butter and finely chopped shallot.
  • Add cream, mustard, chili, and rosemary. Season and incorporate the potatoes. Cook until the preparation thickens.
  • Roll out the puff pastry. Cut a circle the size of the mold and cover it with the dough. Pour in the mixture and cover with a lattice of puff pastry.
  • Bake at 200° C for 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is well cooked.
