Blend tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic, white onion, salt, pepper, chipotle peppers in adobo, and water.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add vegetable oil and sauté the sauce, let it cook for 10 minutes, adjust the seasoning.
Blend the egg, salt, pepper, rice, onion, cilantro, breadcrumbs, water, oil, and garlic.
In a bowl, add ground meat and pour in the previously blended mixture. Form the meatballs with your hands. If you prefer, you can fill some with hard-boiled egg.
Add the meatballs to the tomato sauce and let them cook for 30 more minutes, adjust the seasoning.
Serve in a deep plate with plenty of tomato sauce.
