Vegetable Lasagna

A complete and delicious Italian dish that no child can resist.

  • 1 package lasagna pasta, of your preference
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 200 grams carrot , finely grated
  • 200 grams zucchini , finely grated
  • 200 grams tomato , cut into small cubes
  • 100 grams onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups tomato purée
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • cheeses, for baking
  • salt , to taste

  • In a skillet, sauté the onion and tomato.
  • Add the meat and cook thoroughly.
  • Add the carrot and zucchini and let cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the tomato puree and oregano. Incorporate all ingredients.
  • Add the Philadelphia cheese bar and dissolve it completely.
  • Adjust seasoning and add salt if necessary.
  • In a baking dish, place a base layer of lasagna and on top of it a layer of meat with vegetables, continuing this way until the dish is full.
  • On the last layer of lasagna, add cream and cheese to bake.
  • Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
