  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Clean the chicken wings and set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the chicken wings and incorporate the egg, mix.
  • Add cornstarch, wheat flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, mix.
  • In a baking dish, arrange the chicken wings one by one and bake for 30 minutes or until they form a golden and crispy crust.
  • Remove the skin from the mango and cut into large pieces.
  • In a blender, add the mango, ground ginger, cumin, onion powder, chipotle pepper, salt, and pepper, blend and set aside.
  • In a baking dish, arrange the wings after the first cooking, add the mango chipotle sauce, and return to the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
  • To finish, arrange the chicken wings on a serving plate with cilantro sprouts.
