250 grams mango, for the sauce
1 tablespoon ginger powder, for the sauce
1/2 tablespoons cumin powder, for the sauce
1/2 tablespoons onion powder, for the sauce
2 chipotle chiles, for the sauce

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Clean the chicken wings and set aside.
In a bowl, add the chicken wings and incorporate the egg, mix.
Add cornstarch, wheat flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, mix.
In a baking dish, arrange the chicken wings one by one and bake for 30 minutes or until they form a golden and crispy crust.
Remove the skin from the mango and cut into large pieces.
In a blender, add the mango, ground ginger, cumin, onion powder, chipotle pepper, salt, and pepper, blend and set aside.
In a baking dish, arrange the wings after the first cooking, add the mango chipotle sauce, and return to the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
To finish, arrange the chicken wings on a serving plate with cilantro sprouts.
