1 cup golden ripe pineapple
1/2 cups carrot, grated
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cups honey
3/4 cups toasted pecans
1/2 cups cranberries
1/2 cups celery
1/4 cups candied sesame seeds, for garnish
cherries, natural for garnish
peppermint, for garnish

Cut the apple into medium cubes and the honey pineapple into small cubes.
Mix the apple with the pineapple, carrot, yogurt, toasted walnuts, blueberries, celery, yogurt, and honey in a bowl until combined.
Serve the apple salad on a platter and garnish with candied sesame, cherries, and mint.
