Chamoy Christmas Sphere

  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1 cup tamarind pulp
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cups chamoy powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated

  • Mix the red fruits, tamarind pulp, lime juice, and sugar in a pot. Heat for 5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Add the powdered chamoy, salt, and gelatin, and mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Pour the gelatin into a half-sphere mold or a previously greased bowl. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Coat the sphere with chamoy, roll it in Skwinkles® Chunks, and serve on a bed of fries.
