  • 1 cup Hershey's Natural Cocoa
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/4 tablespoons salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 cup raw sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 Hershey's semisweet chocolate pastry bar

  • Cut the Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate baking bar into medium pieces and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix Hershey’s Cocoa Natural, flour, baking powder, salt, and instant coffee. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the butter, oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla with a whisk until all ingredients are combined. Add the mixture of dry ingredients and mix with a spatula. Finally, add the pieces of Hershey’s semi-sweet chocolate baking bar and incorporate.
  • Pour the brownie mixture into a square mold and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes or until ready.
  • Once ready, cut the brownies into triangles and decorate with green and red frosting and edible pearls.
