Christmas Chinese Noodles

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 cups bacon, in small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cups green onion stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cups Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1/8 cups cashews, chopped
  • 1/8 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1/8 cups almonds, chopped
  • 1/8 cups cranberries
  • 4 cups rice noodle, cooked

  • In a wok, cook the sesame oil, bacon, garlic, green onion, and onion stalks for 3 minutes. Add Kikkoman® soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and ginger, and cook for 4 more minutes.
  • Add the ground meat, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes or until it starts to change color. Incorporate the cashew nuts, pecans, almonds, and cranberries, and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Add the already cooked noodles on top of the meat, mix, and serve hot.
  • Garnish the Christmas Chinese noodles with scallions and sesame seeds.
