  • 1 package spaghetti, 250 g
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 2 serrano chiles, seedless
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cups cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • parsley, for decoration
  • panela cheese, grated, for decoration
  • Manchego cheese, in star shape, for decoration

  • Heat the water and salt in a pot over medium heat, and when it begins to boil, add the pasta. Cook for 8 minutes or according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Blend the milk, cream, parsley, chili, garlic, onion, season with salt and pepper, integrate the cream cheese for consistency, and blend until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, pour in the parsley sauce, and cook until it boils and thickens a little.
  • Add the spaghetti, mix very well, and remove from heat.
  • Serve the Christmas green spaghetti on a plate and decorate with Panela cheese, Manchego cheese, and parsley.
