In a small pot, heat the guajillo, ancho, morita chiles, Smuckers® strawberry jam, orange juice, spices, and soy sauce over medium heat for 5 minutes, until the chiles soften and the sauce thickens a bit; then add the rice vinegar, mix a little, and remove from heat.
Let cool slightly and then blend for 3 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
Place the ham piece on a baking tray and make deep diamond cuts with the help of a knife, then brush with plenty of glaze; bake for 1 hour at 170°C and brush every 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice the ham and serve, accompanied by the remaining glaze, baked potatoes, and sautéed green beans.
