  • 1 baguette
  • 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups carrot, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1/4 cups almonds, sliced
  • 1/4 cups cranberries
  • 1/3 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • Cut the baguette into medium cubes, place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until the bread is crispy.
  • Melt butter in a skillet and cook the onion, celery, salt, and parsley for 5 minutes. Add the ground meat and cook for 5 more minutes or until well cooked, then add almonds, cranberries, and parsley, mixing until integrated. Set aside and let cool. Once the mixture is cool, combine it with the bread cubes.
  • Mix the eggs and chicken broth in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Place the bread mixture in a previously greased baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until all ingredients are golden brown.
