  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise, low-fat, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups pickled Jalapeño chiles, finely chopped, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, from pickled chilies, for the dressing

  • 2 cups elbow pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup green apple, diced, with skin
  • 3/4 cups celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup red grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cups dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cups walnuts, toasted and chopped

  • For the dressing: Mix Yoplait® Greek Yogurt® with mayonnaise, jalapeño pepper, vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the pasta with the apple, celery, and grapes in a bowl, then add the dressing you prepared and combine thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the light Christmas pasta and garnish with cranberries and walnuts.
