  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 ancho chiles
  • 1/4 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • salt
  • 1 pork leg
  • Coca-Cola® Sugar Free

  • Blend the onion, garlic, chili, vinegar, cumin, salt, and chicken broth.
  • Coat the pork leg and let it marinate for 1 hour.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake the marinated leg at 200 °C for 75 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Slice, serve, accompany with your favorite side dishes, and enjoy with a glass of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar.
