  • 1 cup double cream cheese, in medium cubes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • 1 turkey breast
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, in medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cherry jam
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pasta, to accompany

  • Mix the double cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Place the turkey on a cutting board, cut the turkey in half, but do not cut it completely. Fill with the double cream cheese and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, add the bacon, onion, and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes. Incorporate the jam, white wine, and chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and brown the breast on both sides for 5 minutes. Drizzle with the sauce, cover, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until well cooked.
