  • 3 cups white wine, for the marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic, for the marinade
  • 1 white onion, for the marinade
  • 1 cup butter, melted, for the marinade
  • 1 sprig rosemary, for the marinade
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, for the marinade
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for the marinade
  • 1 tablespoon pepper, for the marinade
  • 1 cup orange juice, for the marinade
  • 1 turkey, raw, 6 kg
  • 1/2 kilos Christmas mincemeat filling
  • Coca-Cola® Original, 2.5 L

  • For the marinade: Blend the white wine, garlic, white onion, butter, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and orange juice. Strain the mixture and set aside.
  • Inject the turkey with the marinade, cover it, and let it rest overnight.
  • Stuff the turkey with the stew, place it on a tray, rub butter all over the skin, and bake at 180 °C for three hours.
  • Serve the oven turkey with stuffing, your favorite side dishes for Christmas, and pair it with Coca-Cola® Original.
