Forget about boring Christmas recipes and prepare this delicious picadillo stuffed turkey; it will be a complete success! Don't think twice and stuff your turkey with picadillo; it will be the highlight of your holiday menu!
For the marinade: Blend the white wine, garlic, white onion, butter, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and orange juice. Strain the mixture and set aside.
Inject the turkey with the marinade, cover it, and let it rest overnight.
For the filling sauce: Blend the chipotle chili, cumin, oregano, black pepper, broth, and a little salt for 3 minutes. Set aside.
For the picadillo filling: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the onion, carrot, and potato for 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, cook, and season with salt and pepper. Pour in the blended sauce, the Tomates Molidos Del Fuerte Origen®, and cook the turkey filling for another 10 minutes or until the sauce has reduced and thickened. Set aside.
Stuff the turkey with the picadillo, place it on a baking tray, spread butter all over the skin, and bake at 180 °C for one hour.
