  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 3 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 turkey
  • 1 onion, small, in quarters
  • 1 garlic head, in half
  • 1 sprig celery, in four
  • 1 orange, in four
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 sprigs celery
  • 1 cup white wine

  • Combine the butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl until well mixed. Set aside.
