Roasted Chicken for Christmas

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 Roasted chicken
  • 2 cups new potatoes, in halves, precooked
  • orange, in slices, to decorate
  • fresh rosemary, to decorate
  • salad, to accompany
  • bread, to accompany

  • In a bowl, mix the butter, honey, and mustard. Pour in the orange juice and mix until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Place the roasted chicken in a baking tray and inject the breast, legs, and wings with the previous mixture. Use the rest of the mixture to baste the chicken. Add the potatoes to the tray and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cut the breast into slices and separate the wings and legs.
  • Serve the roasted chicken and decorate with orange slices and rosemary.
