Super Juicy Roasted Turkey

The secret to this recipe is incredibly simple, and you can prepare the main dish for your holiday dinner with just 6 ingredients and in eight steps.   • 1 turkey, 10 kg
  • 1 cup Hellmann´s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® Chicken Flavor Bouillon
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® Roasted Turkey gravy mix
  • orange, for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 425 °F.
  • Remove the turkey giblets, rinse it, and dry with paper towels. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with Knorr® Chicken Flavor Bouillon, onion, and rosemary.
  • Evenly spread half of the mayonnaise underneath the turkey skin and tie the legs.
  • Place the turkey breast side up in a roasting pan with a rack, rub the remaining mayonnaise mixture over the outside of the turkey, cover with heavy-duty aluminum foil, and roast for 1 hour.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 350 °F, roast the turkey for 1 hour and a half. Remove the aluminum foil and continue roasting for 30 minutes, occasionally basting with the pan juices, until the thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh reaches 165 °F and the skin is golden and crispy.
  • Let it rest covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes before carving.
  • Serve with the Knorr® Roasted Turkey gravy mix. Garnish with orange, grapes, and rosemary.
