4 cups cream cheese, cubed and at room temperature
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
1 cup bacon, fried and finely chopped
1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup parsley, finely chopped, to cover the tree
yellow bell pepper, in mini circles and star shapes, for decoration
red bell pepper, in mini circles, for decoration

Mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, manchego cheese, bacon, seasoning sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix with a spatula and refrigerate.
Place the mixture on a non-stick plastic board and shape the dip mixture into a Christmas tree using your hands and the plastic. Cover with parsley and place on a plate.
Decorate the Christmas tree dip with the peppers.
