Turkey Filled Christmas Tree with Cilantro Dip

Prepare this ideal snack for Christmas that your family will love.   • 2 cups smoked turkey, shredded
  • 1/4 cups cranberries
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, finely chopped
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • flour, for spreading

  • 1 cup cream cheese, for the cilantro dip
  • 1 cup mayonnaise with lemon juice McCormick®, for the cilantro dip
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, for the cilantro dip
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice, for the cilantro dip

  • In a medium skillet, fry the chorizo, and once it starts to release its fat, add the garlic, celery, turkey, cranberries, and walnuts. Let it cool and set aside.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 3 mm, and with the help of a knife, cut out 2 trees, place one on a baking tray, add the filling, brush the edges, and cover with the other puff pastry tree, trim the ends with a knife and twist as shown in the video, brush with egg and bake for 25 minutes.
  • For the cilantro dip, blend the cream cheese with McCormick® mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the puff pastry tree with the cilantro dip.
