  • 500 grams turkey
  • 200 grams pork chump
  • 1/4 cups turkey deli ham
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoons clove powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups almonds
  • 1/4 cups walnuts
  • 1/4 cups black olives

  • Grind the turkey, pork meat, ham, egg, whipping cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg, clove, and cinnamon in a food processor until all ingredients are well integrated.
  • Place the previous mixture in a bowl and mix with the almonds, walnut and black olives.
  • Transfer the mixture onto a piece of non-stick paper and roll it up, making sure it is tightly packed. Wrap with aluminum foil and cook for an hour in a pot with enough boiling water.
  • Let the turkey galantina cool, unwrap and slice. Serve and accompany with salad or your favorite side dish.
